“My experience was very good. Tate did not promise things he couldn't deliver. He was friendly but professional. No BS! His communication and follow through was superb. My roof is still waiting for an inspection but that is beyond your control. Cleanup after installation was good. Tate was on site an appropriate amount of time. The reason I noticed these points is due to my being responsible for these very matters but in a different industry, doing what Tate is doing prior to my retirement. He is top-notch. Keep him here in our area as long as possible. He is out performing the competition by miles”.

Didn’t think it was an issue to roof load Materials with a tarp on the ridge, but I guess it is!! Had to make a pit stop at a customers house yesterday to make sure this materials land up there. I do not want my materials sitting on the ground unguarded in an open neighborhood. They may grow legs and walk off!! PROTECT THE HOMEOWNER!!!

Hi Jason, We want you to know that ...Good job on picking Tate for our Rep. Tate contacted someone while at our home and found out that our shingles are available at the supplier you use, ABC, i believe. Tate was thorough and very easy to work with and is very pleasant. He is a good listener and put on the agreement all that was needed and took care of us and will be putting the roof on end of January and no later than beginning week of Feb. Whom ever should followup on that, maybe Trisha to order the materials. Thank you. And you have a good Christian person working for you! Thank you again.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!!! It’s been over 4 months now after Hurricane IAN has taken place. I’m seeing more and more torn tarps. As the months go on these Tarps are not going to hold up. Please take action and get these roofs fixed before it’s to late. It’s going to be hard to get the insurance to pay for a second one!!
