We’re excited to announce the addition of our new SuperTyro Helical Screw Flight Forming System from Advanced Spiral Technology to the Midwestern Millwright shop. Only a handful of these systems exist throughout the United States.

This powerful system allows us to form high-quality helical screw flights with greater precision, consistency, and efficiency — expanding the capabilities we can offer to our customers across a wide range of industries.

This week our team completed orientation and hands-on training with the new equipment, getting familiar with the tooling, forming process, and setup procedures that make the SuperTyro such a versatile machine.

At Midwestern Millwright, investing in advanced equipment means we can deliver faster turnaround times, tighter tolerances, and more reliable components for the systems our customers depend on.
