Rendering designs for clients is such a weird line to tread…do I go neutral and safe, allowing the clients to see the flow of the space…or do I push the clients to start to see themselves in those spaces? My goal is to do both!

For those of you stopping by to see what we do, let me introduce us.

I am Amanda Morehart and I started Morehart Design Jan. of 2021. I had been working on my own for almost a year at that time. Yep! Right in the middle of Covid! Perfect time to start a design build firm…🫣 What began out of necessity quickly became something much bigger. Within a few months, I made the decision to fully surrender my career to God. I placed everything in His hands. At the time, I was the sole provider for our family, while my husband had made the decision years earlier to stay home after the births of our fourth and fifth children.

Looking back, that leap of faith became the foundation for something we never imagined—a legacy business that we are incredibly proud of and deeply committed to.

Today, I get to work alongside my best friend—who also happens to be my husband, Michael—as well as our son, Paden, and our daughter, Olivia. Every day, we have the opportunity to use the gifts God has given us to serve others.
Our clients invite us into one of their most valuable possessions—their home—and trust us to transform it into a space that reflects who they are. A place where their family can gather, feel comfortable, make memories, and simply enjoy everyday life. That trust is something we never take for granted. ❤️

At the heart of who Michael and I are is family. Everything we do is for our family—not to chase recognition or millions, but to show our children the value of hard work, integrity, and using the gifts God has given them to make a difference in their own corner of the world.
