Paul Hemmer Company partnered with Tractor Supply Company on approximately 23 stores across seven states, supporting the process from site selection and preliminary design through lease approval, construction and occupancy.

That programmatic approach allowed us to build on lessons learned from one location to the next, creating greater consistency, efficiency and predictability while adapting to the needs of each individual site.

🏗️ Project Progress | Lindner Center of HOPE

The steel is up, the floors are taking shape, and progress continues at the Lindner Center of HOPE expansion in Mason, Ohio.

This 74,855-square-foot project will add new inpatient and therapeutic treatment spaces while expanding the specialized clinical infrastructure needed to support the Center’s behavioral health mission. Construction is being carefully coordinated around an active campus to maintain continuity of care throughout the project.

It’s exciting to see this important project continue to take shape, and we’re proud to be part of a team helping expand access to behavioral health care in our region.

🚧 Breaking Ground in Union! 🏥

Yesterday marked the official groundbreaking for The Christ Hospital Health Network’s new $16 million outpatient center in Union, Kentucky.

Paul Hemmer Company is proud to serve as the general contractor for the two-story, 32,000-square-foot facility, which will bring primary care, cardiology, women’s health and laboratory services closer to residents of Northern Kentucky.

Congratulations to The Christ Hospital and everyone involved in reaching this important milestone. We are excited to get to work and help bring this impactful project to life!

🚧 Breaking ground on a project that will make a lasting impact.

Today marked the official groundbreaking for improvements to General James Taylor Park in Newport, KY. The transformed riverfront park will feature expanded green space, new walking and biking paths, recreational amenities, a performance plaza, kayak access and a scenic overlook.

Paul Hemmer Company is proud to be part of a project that will strengthen the riverfront, connect the community and create a welcoming public space for generations to come.

🏗️ Project Update: Bodycote Fairfield Facility TI

This was not your average tenant improvement project.

At Bodycote’s Fairfield facility, Hemmer Construction Company helped support highly specialized industrial operations, including the relocation and installation of major production equipment. Think vacuum furnaces, chillers, compressors, blast cabinets, process piping, and enough electrical service to make a toaster feel inadequate. ⚡

From heavy equipment coordination to plant infrastructure and office buildout, this project was a strong example of industrial construction done with planning, precision, and a whole lot of horsepower. 💪

Hemmer Construction Company is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team in Ft. Mitchell, KY.

This role is built for someone who knows how to lead from the field, coordinate subcontractors, keep projects moving safely and efficiently, and maintain the quality standards our clients expect from Hemmer. From groundbreaking to final occupancy, our Superintendents play a critical role in delivering successful commercial construction projects.

Qualified candidates should have commercial construction experience, strong communication and coordination skills, OSHA 30 certification, and experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Procore.
