Chris and Stephanie came to us with a vision — to build their forever home on a heavily wooded property with a dramatic slope. It wasn’t an easy site, but that’s exactly the kind of challenge we love.
Our role was preparing the groundwork for their builder. Instead of hauling in expensive fill dirt, we sourced clean dirt locally from companies that needed to move it, utilized material from different areas of the property, removed unsuitable soil, and carefully backfilled to create a solid, stable building pad ready for construction.
We’re incredibly grateful to Chris and Stephanie for trusting us with such an important first step in their dream home journey. Being trusted with the foundation of a project like this is something we never take lightly.
