What a day! Inspiration Day 2026 had us volunteering at Crisis Assistance Ministry in the morning, then lunch and a whole lot of laughs at the Tipsy Pickle. We wrapped it up touring the communities coming in 2027, and we’re pretty excited about what’s ahead.

Grateful for this TEAM.

How much thought have you actually put into a floor plan before?

Not the finishes, not the paint colors, the actual layout. We wrote a blog post about the five things worth thinking through before you settle on one: your daily routine, how your life might look a few years from now, how rooms flow into each other, where the light comes in, and whether there's enough real storage for actual life (mudrooms, we're looking at you).

It's the same thinking Dave Kosco and his team at Bassenian Lagoni put into every plan they design for us. Good design isn't always obvious right away, but you feel it every single day you live in the house. Read the whole thing here:

Not all floor plans are created equal. Here are 5 things every homebuyer should look for to find a layout that fits the way they actually live.

A Sunday morning. Coffee in hand.

Light moving through the windows in the way only well-placed windows allow — casting warmth across the kitchen island, traveling slowly toward the covered outdoor living space where the morning air is cool and still.

You are not on your way anywhere. You are exactly where you want to be.
This is the promise of inspired design. Not the countertops, not the square footage — though those matter too. It is the feeling that the space was designed for your life. That someone thought carefully about how light moves, how spaces relate, how a home should live from the inside.

At Classica, we believe home should feel like this every single day.
Live Fully. Live Inspired. Love Home.

You've spent years taking care of a house. The next one should be the easy one.

Right-sizing doesn't mean giving anything up. It means every room earns its place, and that comes down to good design. You get a home that looks great and works well, from day one.

Six brand new homes are ready to move into now through the end of the year. A finished home means you're not managing a build on top of everything else. If a main-level owner's suite is on your list, come see the Marin Expanded in South Shore at McLean. We'd love to show you around.

Moving to a new city is stressful enough without also worrying about whether the house is going to work.

You are already figuring out a new commute and a new routine. The house should be the one thing that is settled.

Every Classica floor plan comes from Bassenian Lagoni, and every exterior is shaped by Todd Hallett and TK Designs. So you are not choosing between a house that looks good and one that actually functions well. You get both, from day one.
Six brand new homes are ready to move into now through the end of the year. No wait.

If Charlotte's calling your name, let's talk.

Home Is Not a Place. It's a Feeling.

Imagine a Saturday morning that begins in a Great Room designed around how your family actually lives. Where the kitchen opens to somewhere beautiful. Where the Covered Outdoor Living space makes every evening feel like a celebration of being home.

This is the Classica difference. We don't design rooms — we orchestrate how life unfolds inside them. Every flow, every sight line, every detail exists because someone asked: how will this family feel here?

Come tour our model homes. Stay a while. Have a pizza delivered. Watch a game in the Great Room. We built these spaces to be lived in — because that's what good design deserves.

Your dream home is closer than you think.
