Introducing the “Schubert” project, located in Charlotte, NC. We’d like to first thank the team over at CoxSchepp Construction LLC. Through close dialogue in the beginning phases, to the efficiency of how the project was managed, allowed our guys to install over 6,000 ton of stone, and 445 pallets (40,000 sf) of pavers in just four weeks.

We also got to witness the permeable pavers being able to handle 2000 gallons of water in 5 minutes. No more storm drains, no more retention ponds!

Unit Paving held a seminar for Developers, Architects and Land Planners in the Charlotte area. They got to see first hand how we use the screed machine and the mechanical paver installation machine to reduce labor costs.

We're almost to the finish line, out at 5Line! Charlottes newest Kairoi Residential Development, located in Loso. This creative design really makes the courtyard pop!

Unit Paving is busy working on revitalizing Myrtle Beach at the Arts & Innovation district! The brick colored pavers will be bike lanes and the gray pavers will be on street parking.

Unit Paving is currently finishing up another mechanical installation of permeable pavers at the “Providence Road MOB” in Charlotte. Our team was tasked with installing over 25,000 square feet of pavers.

Mechanical laying of permeable pavers offers several advantages over manual installation, including faster ex*****on, reduced labor costs, and more accurate installation.

Another completed project down in the Low Country. Unit Paving was tasked with mechanically installing over 16,000 square feet of permeable pavers at the new O’Reilly’s in Bluffton, SC.

Unit Paving is currently hard at work at “The Pearl”, in Charlotte, NC. This project requires extra attention to detail, due to the intriguing, yet complex design that was presented to us. Our crews take great pride in bringing one’s vision to life. We can’t wait to show off the finished product here in a few months!!
