To continue providing reliable, quality service, all customer accounts must remain current.
We bill AFTER services have been completed, not before. If invoices remain unpaid, your property will be removed from the service schedule until the account is brought current.
We simply cannot continue operating while chasing payments. Fuel costs money. Labor costs money. Time is valuable. We do not work for free, and we donât believe thatâs an unreasonable expectation.
That said⊠life happens. We understand unexpected situations come up.
Communication goes a long way.
If youâre running behind, reach out. A simple âI may be late this monthâ or âAn unexpected financial situation came up, can we work something out?â is far better than silence.
We appreciate our customers, value your business, and will always do our best to work with people who communicate with us.
