📌 Friendly Reminder From ValleyCuts

To continue providing reliable, quality service, all customer accounts must remain current.

We bill AFTER services have been completed, not before. If invoices remain unpaid, your property will be removed from the service schedule until the account is brought current.

We simply cannot continue operating while chasing payments. Fuel costs money. Labor costs money. Time is valuable. We do not work for free, and we don’t believe that’s an unreasonable expectation.

That said… life happens. We understand unexpected situations come up.

Communication goes a long way.

If you’re running behind, reach out. A simple “I may be late this month” or “An unexpected financial situation came up, can we work something out?” is far better than silence.

We appreciate our customers, value your business, and will always do our best to work with people who communicate with us.

So there I was… trimming and jamming to some Keith Whitley when all of a sudden my trimmers decided they wanted to jam too. Much like Akon though — they were locked up. 😂

Had to leave the job and go buy new ones immediately.

That’s one of those things a lot of people don’t see behind the scenes in this business. When equipment quits in the middle of a job, we can’t just say “welp, see y’all next week.” Sometimes it has to be repaired or replaced RIGHT NOW so your service still gets completed.

That’s part of what your monthly payment goes toward — not just cutting grass, but making sure we have the ability to keep rolling when thousands of dollars worth of equipment decides to have a mental breakdown on a Tuesday afternoon.

Fuel, maintenance, insurance, blades, belts, trimmer heads, breakdowns, replacements… it all adds up quick. But reliability matters to us, and we work hard to make sure when we say we’re coming, we SHOW UP.

Now if y’all will excuse me, I’ll be over here financially recovering while listening to more sad country music. 🤝

Side note he put a 3500lb 2 hour fireproof safe (with combination) in front of the gate this week. It’s available if anyone is interested. Text me or call me. Can deliver for a small fee. WE WILL NOT STAND IT UP, that will be buyers responsibility.
