This weekend, the Baxter team attended the Business Development Board of the Palm Beaches Gala in Palm Beach.

Business Development Board of Palm Beach County

While our roots are in the Midwest, our work continues to take us into new markets, new communities, and new opportunities.

For us, growth is about more than expanding our footprint. It’s about building relationships, supporting our partners wherever their business takes them, and bringing the Baxter standard to every market we enter.

Midwest roots. Growing reach. Built on relationships.

Why is early collaboration between the owner, architect, and contractor so important to a project’s success?

As the AIA Iowa Convention brings our industry together, we’re sharing a perspective from Michael Baxter, President of Baxter Construction, on the value of working together from the start.

Strong projects start with strong partnerships.

What will you build?

At Baxter, a career in construction means more than working on great projects. It’s an opportunity to learn from experienced teams, take on real responsibility, build meaningful relationships, and create a path that can grow with you.

If you’re curious about where a career in construction could take you, come meet our team at our next career fair:

📍 University of Northern Iowa
📅 September 30 + October 1

Come say hi, ask questions, and learn more about what building your future at Baxter could look like.

Can’t make it? Send us a message, we’d still love to connect.
