We're proud to showcase our latest office currently under construction. This modern office serves both adults and peds and keeps the patient care areas for each widely separated. With 10 opeartories, a spacious reception area and the best of all other amenities, the doctor duo here can care for a vast number of patients each day...and do so in style!

This office will be open and seeing patients next month. As before, we'll update with actual photos next to the renderings.

We are proud to post updates as we complete our projects which were designed with 3D renderings. The updates will have side by side images with the rendering and photo of the actual project at completion. This showcases our ability to show our clients realistic views of the entire design long before it's built.

Great work continually earns Ultra the opportunity to Design / Build for new Doctors…but it takes truly exceptional work to earn repeat business from the same Doctor.

In 2013, Ultra renovated the Hollywood office for both Dr. Zombek and Dr. Baitner - this renovated office was one of two tenants in the building. In 2021, Ultra was again retained, this time to expand the previously renovated office into the next door tenant space.

It’s our pleasure to introduce the new and beautiful office for Baitner Pediatric Dentistry. Utilizing Design / Build, and careful attention to detail, Ultra-Structures Florida will change the tenant next door from dingy and outdated to an open and spacious practice. No easy feat to create an airy and functional office in what used to be a cramped space while still connecting seamlessly with the original office that Ultra renovated 8 years prior. At completion, the building will only contain Zombek Orthodontics and Baitner Pediatric Dentistry. Even though construction of the two spaces was separated by 8 years, the completed offices will operate and appear as a single unified practice. As with all our Design / Build projects, we use advanced computer renderings which allow the Doctor to see every aspect of the office before it is built.

This office will be completed in the coming months and we wish Drs. Baitner and Zombek much success.

With our extensive design experience and the latest software, we can quickly show the Doctor every design detail and virtually place them inside the completed office before it's built. With these renderings the Architect makes sure every part of the office is perfect. The Doctor interactively develops the design with the Architect in 3D and sees everything down to the smallest detail in the... front desk, reception area, kids play areas, operatories and even the drawers and light colors in the sterilization center.

Construction is about to start and we'll follow up with some final pictures once complete.

In this orthodontics office with a repeat client, the elegant flowing hallway acts as a focal point creating a pleasant experience for anyone going to the patient care areas. Due to our design / build process, the client was given the opportunity to envision a design and understand their budget before they even signed the lease.

This 1,450 Sq. Ft. general dental office showcases the very best of design / build. Before design plans, we promised that a sizable reception, front desk, five operatories, office, equipment room, accessible bathroom, break room, storage space, pan-x space, laboratory and sterilization area all could fit within the tenant bay. We successfully delivered all this, without change orders and within the existing tight confines with the final result feeling spacious and looking attractive.

Construction now moving rapidly on our next home - Lot 31 at Northstar Estates.

Though we are at ground slab, with the latest computer modeling, we can show the entire home (outside and inside) as if it was already there.

We look forward to showcasing the unique features, some visible in the views below, upon completion of this custom residence.
