At this job I “killed” the power in the breaker/ disconnect next to the condenser and when I tried to discharge the cap I saw that it’s still getting power, all because another company before us decided to bypass the disconnect box and never bothered marking it as bypassed or replace the box/ breaker.
Safety first: I should’ve checked power after switching it off and before “touching” the unit, not first time it happened but definitely a good reminder… ⚡️

Dirty drain gets the drain line clogged, can make the unit leak water or shuts it off, can be easily prevented when getting the AC serviced periodically 👌🏽

The AC unit were leaking upstairs, the customer was away in a summer vacation and came back to this.
VERY important to do preventative maintenance and make sure you have sensors that will avoid this damage
