Front return coil cleaning

09/09/2026

A dirty evaporator coil can restrict airflow, reduce cooling performance, increase energy costs, and put extra strain on your AC system. 🧼❄️ Regular coil cleaning helps your system breathe better, cool more efficiently, and maintain healthier indoor air quality. Don’t wait until a dirty coil turns into an expensive problem!

This unit wasn’t cooling since the condenser coil was leaking refrigerant and needed to be replaced

At this job I “killed” the power in the breaker/ disconnect next to the condenser and when I tried to discharge the cap I saw that it’s still getting power, all because another company before us decided to bypass the disconnect box and never bothered marking it as bypassed or replace the box/ breaker.
Safety first: I should’ve checked power after switching it off and before “touching” the unit, not first time it happened but definitely a good reminder… ⚡️
