It’s funny how life works. This beautiful country has now been my home for even longer than the country that saw me born.
The United States has given me so much. A family, a business, incredible friendships, opportunities to create, and a place where our dreams continue to evolve every single day.
As designers, we are known for creating timeless spaces and often gravitate toward soft neutrals and layered textures. But every now and then, our passion for fútbol reminds us to have a little fun.
To be playful.
To take risks.
To step outside the expected.
And yes... to dip our fingers into bold colors that tell a story.

Inspired by the USA World Cup team, we created a series of mood boards that celebrate not only the energy of the game but also the beautiful symbolism behind the American flag.
❤️ Red: Valor and bravery.
🤍 White: Purity and innocence.
💙 Blue: Vigilance, perseverance, and justice.
At Blu Ink Interiors, we believe homes should bring people together. And honestly, so does fútbol.
Both create moments that become memories.
Both gather generations around a common passion.
Both remind us that the most beautiful experiences happen when we’re connected.
Because design, much like the beautiful game, is not about perfection. It’s about emotion, movement, courage, and creating spaces where everyone belongs.
Today, we’re celebrating the country that I proudly call home, the sport that always inspires us to be a little bolder, and the joy of designing outside the lines every once in a while.
