Work smarter, build smarter. 🏗️ For the University of Miami BPEI USP800 Pharmacy project, two steel frame sections were prefabricated off-site by South Florida Steel and coordinated with Solutions Mechanical, GFS, Tirone Electric, and Pogue Construction Services to install ductwork, piping, conduit, and exterior framing before delivery.

Coming soon to Nine Island Avenue in Miami Beach! 🌴

Edge Construction has been selected to transform the property’s 60,000-square-foot elevated pool deck into an enhanced resort-style retreat. The renovation will feature resort-style pools, a full-service spa, custom gathering pavilions, a raised pedestal paver system, and lush tropical landscaping.
