Located in Miami Beach, the Sunset Isles Residence celebrates a connection to the coast while remaining grounded through materials like stone and concrete. The exterior living space featuring a pool, lounge area, and fully functional kitchen is tailored to South Florida’s climate, reimagining how its inhabitants connect with the outdoors.

Reimagining the City: Wilton Manors is a competition proposal that envisions a new mixed-use complex and community center for the city.

The center of the site creates a new public plaza that features green spaces, water ponds, and ample seating, allowing for various public activities. Pedestrian and vehicular internal passages are provided at ground level to allow for fluid circulation through and around the block. By lifting the east portion of the building and leaving the west side of the site open, the new pedestrian plaza becomes a connector between Hagen Park to the east and Jay Cee’s Park to the West.

By concentrating the building mass on the north and south edges of the site, the project is integrated into the existing fabric of the city, complementing the nearby scales and uses.

Here, natural materials including wood and stone meet lush greenery on every floor, while the rooftop terrace featuring expansive windows allow sunlight to filter down to the central lobby.

The Crystal View Residence, one of our award winning homes, is inspired by the Sarasota Modern movement and characterized by geometric volumes that create dynamic asymmetry. Each space is crafted with natural light in mind, while utilizing materials like stone and wood to create a luxurious yet timeless space.

Located in the Tarpon River Entertainment and Design District (TREDD), TREDD Southwest was conceived as a local response to evolving urban living patterns. The project introduces a new housing initiative aimed at increasing density within an existing residential block.

TREDD Southwest envisions a mid- to high-rise residential building comprising a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, accompanied with commercial spaces at the ground floor. These residences share a curated set of amenities, fostering a cohesive living environment where flexibility, community, and lifestyle integration are aligned with contemporary“work-living” concepts.

This project supports a more vibrant, walkable, and connected urban environment where principles of compact and efficient living reinforce the character of the neighborhood.

Koupela University, recognized by AIA Fort Lauderdale, is a comprehensive master plan that aims to enhance social and educational experiences in Burkina Faso.

The campus is organized around a super grid system with two main intersecting axes. This grid system ensures efficient circulation between buildings and defines the location of future facilities. The singular boulevard that leads to the roundabout eliminated vehicular traffic from the campus center, creating a pedestrian-centric environment where students and visitors can move freely.

The sawtooth roofs collect rainwater, reducing reliance on municipal water, while locally sourced materials such as stone, wood, and aluminum promote environmental responsibility.

The Guadalajara Airport Expansion, designed for a competition hosted by the airport, aims to provide solutions to the tensions that come with traveling. The airport’s shops, hotel, office spaces, and dining are organized around a large central courtyard. This courtyard invites fresh air, natural light, and greenery into the otherwise stressful airport environment, allowing travelers to be greeted or sent off by Guadalajara’s beautiful climate and nature.
