Our Best Business Development team had an action-packed start to the week! 🚀 On Wednesday, October 14th, Cameron Andres joined the PBMCA Networking event 🤝 and made meaningful connections with Brenda Kettwig and Shernelle McCombie. Meanwhile, Marjorie Hurst represented Best Roofing against a picture-perfect backdrop at “Sunset Over Miami” 🌅, hosted by the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Real Estate Division.

The momentum continued Thursday! ✨ Marjorie joined industry leaders at the Leading Edge NOMA Annual Conference, while Diana Ollert attended WRG’s “She Connects” 💪 for an inspiring afternoon centered on connection and empowering women in property and facility management.

Last Thursday, our headquarters became a neon-filled Miami Vice paradise for Annual Vendor Appreciation Night. We were chillin’ and thrillin’ all evening! From the vibrant pastel outfits to the electric energy on the dance floor, the night was Simply Irresistible.🌴🎶

It has been another incredibly productive week of networking and learning for the Best Roofing Business Development team!

We kicked things off on October 6, with Diana, Jordan, Tate, and Cam heading up to connect with the community at the Palm Beach Expo. The following day, the momentum continued at the FLDCP Afterhours, where Cam had a great time catching up with industry friends Craig Danto and Alejandro Echeverry.

The week picked up again with two back-to-back events on October 9. Marjorie dove into crucial industry updates at the District IV Business meeting focused on "Business Envelope Essentials for Healthcare Facilities” and still saved time to hit the floor with Cam at the CAI Expo & Day of Education. We then capped it all off by welcoming Steve Johnson of Capital Contractor Services to our headquarters for a productive and engaging visit.

Fall is in the air, and our business development team is turning over a new leaf across South Florida making warm connections, growing strong partnerships, and gathering fresh opportunities along the way!

The week kicked off on Tuesday, September 29th, with Diana Ollert attending the BHA Breakfast, followed on Wednesday, September 30th, by Marjorie Hurst at the North Miami Manager's Monthly Morton's Lunch & Learn and Diana at the Affinity Management Partners Exchange. On Thursday, October 1st, Cameron Andres participated in the Florida Multifamily Summit 2026, while Marjorie enjoyed the Fall Happy Hour at Ossobuco Aventura Mall.

Rounding out October 1st, Diana attended both the "Food for Thought" Luncheon and the BOMA Florida Annual Meeting. Finally, on Friday, October 2nd, Cameron wrapped up a stellar week of engagement at the ZCastle Lifestyle Palooza hosted by the Castle Group. We are proud of our team's continuous dedication to staying involved, informed, and connected within our community!

Our business development team has been hitting the ground running across South Florida, connecting with industry leaders, and building powerful partnerships!

Marjorie Hurst kicked things off by networking with Gulf Building LLC at the Construction Association of South Florida Networking Breakfast before joining the milestone 30 Years 30 Connections Board of Directors Meeting with the Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association.

Meanwhile, Cameron Andres headed up north for the CAM University event in Jupiter and teamed up with Diana Ollert for a fantastic day out on the greens at the CAI Gold Coast Chapter Golf Tournament.

Diana also kept up a high-speed pace by attending the Bisnow Miami State of the Market event and exploring the latest innovations in construction at the ABC Florida East Coast Fall 2026 GC Showcase.

We love seeing our team out in the community, doing what they do best, strengthening relationships and staying ahead of the curve!
