There’s a lot of baggage that comes with the idea of a dream home or even a home improvement project. We’ve all seen the HGTV shows where people magically walk into their renovated home overnight. Our feeds show us pristine, effortless projects. The truth is that there’s a lot of work throughout the entire process, both for the professionals and for the owners. Any architectural project is a collaboration. There will be issues to overcome, tough decisions to be made and roadblocks along the way. This is when having the right team really matters. When you have a synergy between the owners and the professionals, goals align, visions are clear, and obstacles are mere stepping stones to get to the next level.
