Position: Job Superintendent - Quality Control Specialist

Starting Pay: Annual Salary $55,000-$70,000 - Commensurate with experience.

Benefits: 401K match program, Health Insurance, Vacation Pay, Company Phone, Company Vehicle, work flexibility.

Work Requirements: Valid U.S. Drivers License, 5-10 years’ experience with Concrete management or job management a must. Concrete experience preferred. Microsoft word and excel proficient. Ability to understand municipal engineering plan sets preferred.

Job Description: Will handle day to day oversight of large municipality projects that will entail interacting with Engineers, Contractors, End Users and Production Employees. Will oversee quality on jobs and will work routinely with Project Managers and Job Foremen to ensure timely projects and efficient production. Includes some estimation, measuring quantities for projects and doing as builts on project. Will host preconstruction and progress meetings as well as fulfill DOT obligations where necessary.
