🏗️ Another Successful Project Completion! 🎉

We're excited to share the completion of the new Crawford County YMCA Community Wellness Center in Denison, Iowa!

Jensen Builders was proud to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the City of Denison on this impressive 72,000-square-foot community facility.

This state-of-the-art wellness center features:
🏀 Multi-court gymnasium
⚽ Indoor turf field
🏃 Indoor running track
💪 Modern fitness areas
🔐 Spacious locker rooms

After 18 months of hard work, collaboration, and dedication, we're thrilled to see this incredible facility open its doors to the community. Projects like this make a lasting impact by creating spaces where people can stay active, connect, and thrive for generations to come.

Jensen Builders is proud to share completion photos of the new 10,000 SF Avoca Fire & Rescue Station in Avoca, Iowa!

Selected as the general contractor for this important community project, our team self-performed the concrete, steel er****on, and carpentry work, helping maintain quality and efficiency from start to finish. This hard-bid project was completed in just 12 months and is now ready to serve the firefighters and first responders who work tirelessly to protect the Avoca community.

We're honored to help build facilities that support those who keep Iowa safe every day. 👨‍🚒🚑

🎉 Another successful project completion for our longtime repeat customer Redeker’s Furniture in Boone!

🚧 Jensen Builders was proud to serve as the design-build general contractor for this valued repeat customer on their 10,640 SF showroom expansion and 2,470 SF covered exterior display area. From initial design through final construction, this project was completed in just 8 months thanks to our in-house design team, experienced project managers, and self-performed concrete, steel, and carpentry crews.

Jensen Builders is proud to announce the completion of the new Vertical Vision Flight Academy facility in Des Moines!
Delivered as a full Design-Build project, this new 11,520 SF pre-engineered facility was completed in just 7 months and was designed to support one of the premier flight schools in the Midwest as they continue training the next generation of pilots.
The new facility includes:
✈️ 2,240 SF of modern classroom and office space
✈️ A glass-enclosed FMX Redbird flight simulator room
✈️ Spacious hangar space for single and dual-engine instruction aircraft
