Hi,
For the time being I will not be taking on any more work!
Last year we bought a " house" in Silverthorne and intend to make something out of it. Spectacular lot and house that suffers from questionable construction followed by years of squeezing the maximum rent with the minimum of upkeep and borderline hoarding! Last year we hauled or gave away over 40 yards of junk and bad house parts. This summer we are continuing the rebuild of the house and a new detached garage. We being myself, Carol Feingold Lloyd, who recently "retired", Allison Rose and Robin Hebert who will most likely live there, and a local builder and subcontractors.

WE WANT VISITORS! Let me, aka, Thomas Charles Lloyd or Carol Feingold Lloyd if you will be in the area, passing through or need a mountain break. Its definitely a work zone, but we are waiting on a "glamping tent" to hopefully make it really fun! In the meantime we do have a couple beds, a bathroom and half a kitchen. Let Carol or or I I know when you can come up!
