Yesterday we shared photos of Frank’s home and his daughter Theresa’s review. Today, here’s a little of the story behind that project.

Thank you to Connections That Matter for helping us share it!

I talked about this house in yesterday’s podcast, so I figured today would be a good time to show you how it turned out!

Frank’s daughter Theresa hired us to stain his exterior and later for a cedar fence project of her own. She recently shared this review about both experiences.

These are the stories I’m proud to be a part of. Thank you for trusting us with both projects, Theresa!

We were featured a guest on the Connections That Matter podcast! We talked about a 97-year-old client who built his own home, going from doing every job myself to running a crew, and why showing up consistently matters.

We love how this one came together!

Vogue Green siding, Sable accents, and white trim made a big difference for this weathered exterior. The colors work beautifully with the existing stone.

Check out the before and after! 🌿

👀 Sneak peek from our Virginia Drive project!

We’re getting started on a really special staining project for our client Frank, who is 97 years young.

There’s a lot of careful prep going into this one. The crew has been sanding the siding down and getting the wood ready before we apply a fresh semi-transparent redwood stain.

These are just a few in-progress shots — the full transformation is still to come.

Stay tuned. This one is going to be worth seeing.

Another lake home completed! This full exterior repaint was a fun project, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Huge thanks to my crew for working hard through the summer heat to give our client a great experience and a beautiful final result. Grateful for another opportunity to renew and restore another home.

Another project complete and another happy customer.

We recently restored these weathered wood decks and brought them back to life with a fresh stain. Proper prep makes all the difference, and it's always rewarding to see the transformation once everything comes together.

Reviews like this mean a lot because they highlight what we work hard to provide on every project—not just quality workmanship, but clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail from start to finish.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Travis handled the wood staining with such fast service and attention to detail... His good communication made every step smooth, and his polite and friendly attitude added a warm touch to an already exceptional service experience."

Thank you, Jodie, for trusting Renewed Creations Painting with your project!

If your deck, fence, or exterior wood is looking faded or weathered, we'd be happy to help restore and protect it.

It's been a little quiet here lately—but that's only because we've been busy painting.

Over the past month we've had the privilege of helping a lot of Northern Colorado homeowners transform and protect their homes.

Every project has been different, but the goal is always the same: quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a home our customers are excited to come back to every day.

Reviews like this are why we love what we do.
We've got plenty more transformations to share over the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

If your home is ready for a refresh, we'd love to help.

Another deck and railing project completed for a repeat client.

We previously stained this client’s fence, and after seeing the results they had us come back to restore the deck and railings to match. This project took proper prep, attention to detail, and a finish that tied everything together cleanly.

Really appreciate Jamie’s review highlighting our communication, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the project.
