Marshall Pointe is in the final stages of construction! Check out the latest drone footage for a look at how the community is coming together. This project will bring 260 affordable apartments to Arvada, helping expand access to quality housing in the area.

Our team had a great time at the 2026 CAHED Fall Conference in Steamboat Springs! We enjoyed connecting with healthcare professionals and industry partners from across Colorado and joining conversations about the future of healthcare facilities.

A highlight of the conference was Learning & Development Manager Lisa Marini's presentation, "The Neuroscience of Stress," where she shared insights into how our brains and bodies respond to stress and practical strategies for managing those responses.

Thank you to CAHED for another great conference and to everyone who connected with our team.

This month, we’re celebrating the employee owners behind Brinkman Construction and the role each person plays in our continued success.

The Women of BCI committee recently had the opportunity to connect with nearly 2,000 girls at Transportation & Construction GIRL Day!

The event brought together more than 100 industry partners to introduce girls to the many career opportunities available across transportation and construction. For many attendees, it was a chance to discover opportunities in the industry they hadn't considered before.

The impact speaks for itself. Before the event, 53% of girls surveyed said they would consider a career in transportation or construction. Afterward, that number increased to 92%.

We're grateful to the Women of BCI committee for representing Brinkman Construction and helping more girls see what a future in construction could look like!

The UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital Electrophysiology (EP) Lab is complete! This project transformed existing shell space into a new EP lab procedure room with three pre/post recovery bed cubicles.

Healthcare projects like this are especially rewarding because of the direct impact these spaces have on patients and staff. The new EP Lab expands UCHealth’s capabilities for advanced cardiac care and provides a dedicated environment for the teams delivering that care.

Construction is moving forward across Oaks Ridge at 64th, with the community continuing to come together in Denver.

Exterior work has advanced significantly across the four residential buildings, with siding, balconies, windows, and roofing largely in place. Work is also progressing around the site and at the central clubhouse as the team moves into later stages of construction.

Once complete, Oaks Ridge at 64th will include 168 multifamily homes across four buildings and a clubhouse. We’re proud to partner with Inner Circle Capital and Brown Collective Architecture + Design on this new Denver community!
