This house last week, looked like a lot of old houses in Fort Collins.. flower boxes pulled off years ago, windows that got replaced but never painted to match, paint peeling around the chimney. It was starting to show its age.

The owner didn't want a whole new look, just a breath of life back into the one they already had. So we went with two we trust completely: Shoji White and Extra White.

Sometimes a transformation isn't an overhaul. It's getting the details right.

Most of our repaints land on some shade of off-white. This one didn't.

Nine different colors (yep, 9!) through this Fort Collins home — moody charcoal-navy, deep greens, dusty blue, blush pink.

This family has a young boy and a big dog who slobbers on everything, so durability mattered as much as the color story. Sherwin-Williams Duration + Emerald was the easy call — hand-selected designer colors combined with incredible toughness and washability.
