He started working in the granite industry and excelled becoming one of the top fabricators in the state. Father & Son Carpentry was a trim and cabinet install company that worked on many different projects including homes in Fossil Lake Ranch HOA, Old Town North, and Cherry Hills Village as well as the Bartran Bella Paradiso home showcased in the 2008 Parade of Dreams at Thompson Crossing. 12 years ago, when the housing bubble burst, we closed the doors to Father & Son Carpentry. During those 8 years, Collin worked as a custom hardwood door builder at Classic Door & Millwork. At the end of 2015, we felt that the Lord was leading us into a new adventure and thus, the dream for Colorado Creations was born. Collin's dream to start a custom woodworking company became a realty in April of 2016 and we couldn't be more excited! Collin's focus is to offer excellent custom woodworking products from cutting boards to furniture to built-ins and remodels at a reasonable price. He believes anyone should be able to afford custom! Collin puts his whole heart into every job he does. His motto: "110% of what I have goes into every job!"

Just a little something we did 😊😉 From this to that! What started out as discounted "character marked" (aka throwaway) lumber turned into...well, you can see for yourself. Collin picked out an amazing, intricate design and milled ALL the lumber in his shop. I applied the finish to EVERY SINGLE piece (3 coats). And, together we installed it! A true labor of love ❤️
