I designed and built a new style barn door this week.

Now just how many trim/finish carpenters/ Basement finishers do you know of that will design and build a project such as this. The Brenton Dr job is nearing completion of phase five with two still to go.

The wall mounted framework is a lateral bunkbed with a platform / landing in the center where you can kneel down to exit the ladder which was also made on the job site. There is also two black iron pipe railings to help avoid falls. While bigger kids have the two queen size beds to use.

Brenton Dr entertainment center and book/display cases are complete on my part. Painting is next.
Now I begin the bunk beds and 2 queen beds in Knott Alder.

This week's job is turning 19 sheets of 3/4" HDF into an entertainment center 16 feet wide. It involves setting up a mini shop in the basement and a little bit of dust.

We are ready to install a 10 unit double wine storage racks next week. Last week we cut, sanded and built these units in my basement shop.

We have completed our Chase wine rack build which includes Select Pine cabinets, Maple butcher block top, Rough Sawn Cedar walls with linear bottle shelves.

I am just a day or two away from finishing up the Selman wine room.
