Big things are happening Fort Collins, is about to stake their claim and bring handcrafted manufacturing and industry to the Old Town District. We’re beyond excited to be partnered up with this group of talented individuals who have the passion and skill set to transform the watch making game all while bringing back an element of commerce that’s been missing from Old Town for decades. All the bars and tasty eats are beyond appreciated 🍺🍕🥗but we can’t wait to see this facility cranking out American made watches on the daily⏱⏱⏱⏱⏱🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸. 😂😂

The city asks for a firewall and that’s what we’re giving them. 1 hour rated assembly (UL-415A) from floor to the bottom of roof deck at 18’ tall, is knocking this one out of the park. You can’t put a price on a building’s occupants life safety, this shaft liner wall will ensure we’re doing our part to keep everyone safe while bringing this structure back into local code compliancy.

Big things happening over at . We kicked off the demo phase of this 35,000 sf tenant finish for a grocery fulfillment center. Western Wreckers literally crushed this 26’ tall CMU wall in minutes and dove right into 3000sf of sawcut and concrete demo.

These guys are changing the game with crazy fast delivery service partnered w/ , curb side pick up, and in store staff that can answer all your ?’s and needs.
