Wow, can you believe the month of may is already over half way through?! Graduations are happening and schools are wrapping up! Exciting things are happening everywhere! We are always excited to celebrate our employees so let's celebrate some May Anniversaries!

Chris is celebrating a big one of 35 years this month. Chris is one of the owners here who helps over see our warehouse and production products. Through his many years here his knowledge of the company, products and adverse scenarios has become something that has made him a go to guy.

Mary has been with Badger for 37 years. Mary is also an owner here at Badger and over sees accounting and HR. Every employee under Mary, agrees that Mary is a very understanding and flexible boss. They appreciate that she has our families and hearts in mind, she helps make it a fun environment for us to come to work to everyday!

Seth our in house specialist is celebrating 2 years. Seth is a huge help to our office. His job is to help follow up with customers who may have some additional questions that pop up after our initial specialist is out to the customers home. He does a great job answering all their questions and has a great way of talking with customers.

Tom celebrating 9 years! Wow! Way to go Tom! Tom handles the day to day operations of our warehouse! He keeps it clean, tidy and organized. He will definitely never let anyone forget the many compliments from outside organizations, he has received for how clean and organized the warehouses are. Keep up the great work Tom!

Tyler is celebrating 6 years, he is a foreman for one of our Concrete Repair Crews. Concrete Repair is in full swing now and Tyler is ready to rock and roll. Tyler has such a great positive attitude and it is always showing. Our office is consistently receiving calls from customers of Tyler's complimenting on his kindness, consideration of their home and just overall great work ethic.

Aaron is in the long running anniversaries, celebrating 34 years! Over the last year Aaron has continued on with his role has a foreman of one of our crews but has also taken on a few production type office duties. Once a week he spends the day in the office working with the sales team answering questions, discussing topics that may be troubling when it comes between sales to production, it has really helped the flow of each team!

Austin has completed his first year with us. Austin has dabbled around in a few different areas to find his footings of where he fits best. He started out in production and after needing to be on light duty spent some time helping out and learning service, with summer being the right time for Concrete Repair he is currently on a crew for that. Being able to help out and learn all these different departments really makes him a universal helper.

Employee of the Quarter for 1st Qtr 2026 was Production Co-Foreman, Levi Messer. The employee of the quarter is normally chosen from nominations received from management and co-workers.
Levi has received numerous nominations. Those shout outs were for: Proactively helping our customers, specifically sending in a video to the office of a Sedona that just didn’t seem to be working right. This stopped an issue for the customer before it was a true broken unit. He also consistently turns in any gas receipts he finds in any trucks, even if they are not his assigned trucks. Even if they are a year old. In addition, he consistently cleans messes out “shared trucks”, that aren’t even his mess. He is versatile enough to jump in as a Foreman, whenever needed and he is very flexible. When acting as Foreman, he consistently fills out all paperwork and handles all the responsibilities very well. We truly appreciate Levi.
Levi receives bragging rights for 3 months, a certificate and an extra PTO day for this recognition.
Also receiving 1st quarter nominations were: Dan G, Shann, & Gene. We know that our employees are “redefining” our industry every day and always do great things.

Help us congratulate Kaitlyn Linder on her 7 year work anniversary with Badger Basement Systems. She is also stepping into a new role for us as Customer Care Center Manager. This position will have Kaitlyn working closely with the CCC team, ensuring that appointments are scheduled in the best manner possible for employees and customers. Kaitlyn has management experience from her previous jobs, and for the past year, has proactively expressed an interest in helping to make the Customer Care Center better. Congratulations Kaitlyn!

Our Customer Care Center has been crazy busy these last two weeks. We took a few minutes out of our day today to grab a breath of fresh air and gather together to model our fun new tshirts made by employee Shann Schuette. “Smiling and Dialing” is a term we hear across our Supportworks network and it’s very true right now. We had Badger Basement Systems conduct waterproofing and installation of a new sump pump and battery back-up system. Everything from the initial call after discovering water in our basement through completion of the work was extremely professional and pleasant. We delayed the work for several months due to restrictions on our part, and Badger remained very communicative including clear directions on what we needed to do before the crew arrived. That crew, Gene and Cam, provided an update of their arrival time that morning and hit that mark precisely. They took great care in laying down drop cloths to protect our flooring and in cleaning up when finished. They kept me updated on everything they found and the work they were doing. Everything exceeded my expectations with no surprises. We were highly impressed with Badger and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing basement waterproofing or related work.

After an amazing 50 years in the basement waterproofing and foundation support industry, we decided to say goodbye and jump into something new, Kite Flying! This new venture will include the making of kites; designing, building, and selling, but most importantly we will be teaching others how to fly. We are forever grateful for all our wonderful customers and hope they continue to support us through this new venture.
April Fools!! Don’t worry we are still here for all your basement and concrete repair needs! But sometimes we do like a good office team building exercise to keep our minds at bay and remind us to keep these things to the professionals!
