Framing is underway at the Canyata Golf Club Member Cottages!

We have the first cottage framed up and sheathed and will have the second cottage completed by the end of the day tomorrow.

Foundation work continues with footings being dug on foundation seven.

Building pad footings and walls are under way on the Member Cottages at the Canyata Golf Club!

All earthwork has been completed, the cart path/service road to the cabins is in and underground for the building pads is in progress.

We are proud to announce our newest Hotel Development!

Coming Fall 2026: Marriott Springhill Suites located on the Emerald Acres Sports Complex in Mattoon, Illinois.

The 4 story, 63,709 square foot property features 104 guest rooms, including 10 extended stay suites which will feature kitchenettes to accommodate long term stay guests. Guest amenities will include a swimming pool, shaded outdoor patio, fire pit and grill.

We look forward to bringing another high quality Marriott property to Mattoon and Coles County!

We officially opened our newest hotel property located on the Emerald Acres Sports Complex in Mattoon, Illinois last month! The property consists of a 91 room Marriott Fairfield Inn and is now accepting reservations.

We had a great community turn out at our Grand Opening celebration today and are looking forward to future developments in the area!

Heavy earthwork is on going at the Canyata Golf Club Member Cabins & Restaurant!

Utilities and irrigation system relocation started today and once completed, we will start the underground work on the building pads.
