Ray Houser's Termite & Pest Control is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a FULL TIME SECRETARY. As a secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls, as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
- Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- ‼️Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.‼️

Qualifications

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is advantageous.
