Today’s quarterly Superintendent Meeting was a chance to bring our field leadership together, share knowledge, and recognize the people who make Intex stronger every day.

A heartfelt thank you to Keith Bell, Dylan, James, and Kristal for the time and thought you put into your presentations. The knowledge you shared gave our superintendents practical ways to strengthen safety, improve the quality of our work, and lead their teams with greater confidence. We appreciate your willingness to teach, answer questions, and help all of us get better.

To our field superintendents: thank you for being there today and for the commitment you show to Intex throughout the year. You carry a great deal of responsibility on our projects, and the care you put into your people and your work matters. We’re grateful for your leadership and for your openness to learning from one another.

We’re excited about the training opportunities ahead. Every lesson we take back to the field is an opportunity to work safer, lead better, and deliver the level of excellence our teams and customers count on.
