Happy first day of fall! 🍂 We’re finally feeling it in the cooler air, and we’re ready for evenings outside with the deck heaters on and the firepit or outdoor fireplace glowing.

The details are what make a custom home truly one of a kind—and these incredible homeowners absolutely nailed their selections. 🤍

There are so many favorite moments in this home. From the striking exterior elevation and black windows to the beautiful interior arches and custom millwork, every detail feels intentional.

The kitchen is a standout with beautiful cabinetry, a statement black hood, and coordinating black shelving in the great room that ties everything together beautifully.

And it doesn’t stop there—a beautiful wood floor primary suite with large window and stunning ensuite, screened-in porch designed for relaxing and entertaining, and a finished basement complete with its own golf simulator room.

So many thoughtful details. So much personality. This is what we love about building custom—creating a home that is uniquely yours.

We love this thoughtful feature - the water system tucked into the wall through pantry. It’s convenient, functional and beautifully integrated into the design.
Building custom means even the everyday essentials deserve a well design space.

🇺🇸Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸
Wow 250 years, take a minute to reflect on the history, honor those who have fought for our freedom and give hope for a bright future. What a privilege it is to live in this free country where you can create and build a dream.

One nation under God
God Bless America🇺🇸

The vision is becoming a reality. As the finishing touches come together, it’s clear the homeowners made some incredible design choices. That’s stone with the precast mantle along with the tray ceiling in the great room or just a couple of our favs!❤️

🛑STOP🛑
Before digging or even purchasing your land there are important steps to think about. Most importantly what your vision for your outdoor space looks like for your family. Before we got to foundation stage we wanted to make sure the grade would work for the partial walkout plus if a homeowner decides to add a future pool. We work with our homeowners to stake the home prior to it being set so you can see the view from rooms to understand exactly how your home will work with the lay of your land.

On a side note so excited for this inventory home, reach out for more detail on that.

We will meet you where you are at on your homebuilding journey to help educate you on this process. Reach out to see how we can help you.
