We’re proud to have served as the general contractor for the new bathhouse project at Sheridan Bay Park.

This project included the construction of four identical bathhouse facilities under one building, along with new concrete sidewalks and drinking fountains. It was an honor to work alongside BECC Electric, Chautauqua Mechanical, Vastola Heating & Cooling, the Town of Sheridan Highway Department, and everyone else who helped bring this project to life.

We sincerely appreciate the Town of Sheridan for trusting 3 Pete’s Masonry & General Construction with this important community improvement. Seeing this investment enhance Sheridan Bay Park for residents and visitors alike makes all of the hard work worthwhile.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our dedicated crew and every subcontractor who contributed their skill, professionalism, and commitment to quality. We are proud of what we accomplished together and look forward to seeing the community enjoy this new facility for many years to come.
