16’x 32’ just recently built. Reason for the size of the footers(24”x24”x24”) is due to a 7’x7’ hot tub that will be sitting on top of the deck. Along with new guardrail for the basement steps

Did all new window replacements for the homeowner. Was asked if I did any painting, I recommended, replacing all rotted or damaged wood, re-pitching the gutters so they flow correctly, installing a leaf filter to prevent them from clogging, installing an additional downspout in front. In doing all those things, it would help to eliminate future issues and wasn’t continuing to happen . Also recommended capping the fascia and rake boards with metal, it preserves the wood underneath, and easy to clean for years.

Two large window replacements. Had to get the windows from the ground to the deck(12ft clearance over handrail) and there’s no steps to the deck. Then another 7 ft over patio doors, while also removing the old windows and disposing of them. Wasn’t easy to do as a one man crew.

Project in Arvonia. Roofing, siding, windows and doors. Had to fix a lot of mistakes made by framers the homeowner hired. Would not pass inspection for multiple reasons and they were given the opportunity to make it right and failed to do so. Spent weeks fixing and finishing their work. Got it correct now and passed the inspection, currently working on the siding.
