Huge shout out and thank You to the Trades Who Made This Home Possible

I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank every subcontractor, trade partner, craftsman, and supplier who played a part in bringing this home from a set of plans to a finished product.

Building an amazing home takes much more than just a builder. It takes a team of people who take pride in what they do, stand behind their work, and understand that quality and integrity matter from the very beginning all the way through the final detail.

To everyone who worked on this project — thank you for your hard work, your attention to detail, your professionalism, and your commitment to doing things the right way. Whether you were here for a day or involved throughout the entire build, your work is a reflection of the finished home, and I truly appreciate the pride you put into it.

There are always challenges that come with building a home, but having dependable trades who communicate, solve problems, show up when they say they will, and care about the finished product makes all the difference.

I’m extremely proud of what we accomplished together. This house is not just a finished project — it is a reflection of the talent, craftsmanship, teamwork, and integrity of everyone who had a hand in building it.

Main floor inspection before roof framing. Notice the joist over stud framing, you cannot get better than that, bearing pressure directly transfered down to the foundation, and then down to the footings = long-term sustainability!!! The most important parts of a home is a soild footing, foundation, and framing. Do you research before you hire a Builder, or just a "GC" there is a difference in what you get. Did you get 2x12 floor joists in your custom build??? If not, you should have asked yourself if your hiring a General Contractor or an actual Builder. If you ask a G.C. they will tell you its not necessary or a waste, if you ask a Builder, they will tell you why its a better choice, and be able to explain to you the difference in performance, not just cost. Do you research and hire a Builder, not just a project manager...
