“I just don’t always have the time.”

I’ve heard that a lot.

I’ve said it myself.

But here’s the thing that started nagging at me:

When you love something — you make the time.

You find it. You protect it. You look forward to it.

When you say “I love it but I just don’t have the time” about the same thing, week after week, season after season…

That’s not love.

That’s an obligation you’ve made peace with.

There’s nothing wrong with that. Most of lawn care is obligation.
The grass doesn’t ask if you’re busy.

It doesn’t wait for a good weekend.
It just grows.

And somewhere along the way, “I need to cut my grass” replaced “I want to cut my grass” — and we stopped noticing the difference.

I’m not here to take something away from anyone who genuinely loves it.

But if you’re honest with yourself and “I need to” is doing all the heavy lifting —
That’s exactly what a robot mower was built for.

Not to replace the things you love.
To eliminate the things you just tolerate.

No crew. No calls. No one thinking about it.

Just a machine doing its job — on an open, uncontrolled, real-world property.

Here’s the thing:
If it works on a vacant lot — it works on anything.

Two installs done. One more in the works. A quiet vacant lot project running in the background. And a lineup of 2026 machines that keep turning heads every time I show them.

Here’s the honest update:
My goal this season is 5 installs. Still need 4.

And I haven’t put one in Forest Lake yet — which is the whole point.
