That is the work I finish for another happy client.
8’x4’x6’ chicken coop with three chicken nest box, sliding in and out door, two ventilation windows with metal mask for protection and rain gutters to collect water from the rain.
It was very rewarding to see the final project!

My client had some bad work done at his storage room by someone how have no idea how to wire the room in a nice city code.
They used an old aluminum Romex wires just hanging from the ceiling and run down on the walls without any metal box’s to protect the wires connections.
I replaced the romex with cooper wires tuning inside metal flex and also installed metal junction box at all wires connections.
Now the installation it is code and safety.

This job was fixing this kitchen ceiling which had so many patches done because plumbing leaks over many years I have no other way to fix it without replacing a section of 8’ x 8’.
Now my client have a nice new ceiling.

This are the pictures of the work I just finished and delivered today.
I restored a two piece cabinet from the 1950 witch had many bad bad wood, missing hardware and the old paint was lead paint in very bad conditions.
I patched all bad wood, removed old paint, sand down to a nice smooth surface, install new hardware from the same era, removed all old paint from all metals then paint again by brush to keep the old look.
I did work on this job for almost a week but looks really nice now.

After so many delays because of weather I got done with paint the she shed also I installed this amazing fixture light at the guess bedroom of my client.

Day three on the paint job over the she shed. I am behind schedule because I need to make me a little plataforma to hit the top of the shed at front because the metal roof didn’t give a space to go on step ladder to get to paint and fix some bad wood at light base also I have to replace some rot trims but this know is done and start to paint all the trims to be done tomorrow.

Another deck built at Tehachapi, CA long ago. This one was built to second floor of the house with a nice stair way to the grout level of the property.
All wood used was red wood and the beans was pressure treat wood.
