On a serious note, I've always tried to give free estimates to all of our customers....but constantly we have our time wasted....so going forward I can't give free estimates anymore....fuel is through the roof...hours upon hours wasted on visits, writing up estimates, phone calls, text messages at all hours of the day or night. I never complained and never said no but to survive in business you must 1st take care of yourself so that you can take care of your customers....just my morning thoughts....
