Accidents happen. We were doing some soffit inspection before cleaning some out and installing some DuroVents. One of our employees slipped and busted through the ceiling.

This is not the first time it’s happened to us but it IS the first time we caught it on video.

When we step through, Extraction Pros always foots the bill to fix the problem. Thankfully it doesn’t happen often.

Don’t listen to someone who tells you that cellulose alone with keep rodents out. 1) Cellulose only claims to keep bugs out and 2) Without proper attic encapsulation mice, rats, squirrels, etc, can very easily live in a cellulose attic.
