This is a local window install using Andersen top of the line hurricane impact windows of the casement style, beautiful windows, but very heavy. The windows were installed to South Florida code, therefore, sill pans, top and side flashing with an added layer of tape, topped out with drip edge. This is a sub job only. Looking for a crew to sub this to complete, hang and finish to a smooth finish, 4 or 5. Pay per board, I counted 280 plus waste so 300. Also a Gable wall full of windows with drywall returns. The job is located in Spanish Fort, the old Drifters bar. 3511 Battleship Pkwy. I can work with your insurance just show me something.
