Duties & Responsibilities
*Complete Tasks of all grounds service request
*Maintain equipment, tools and supplies needed to perform maintenance funtion
*Maintain facility grounds, including (but not limited to) cutting grass, edging,
cleaning the yard, trimming shrubbery, raking and light weeding
*LANDSCAPERS- Brick work, lighting, clean ponds, install ponds and mulching
*Clean parking lots, sidewalks and driveways of debris
*WINTER Snow removal

POSSIBILITY OF SIGN ON BONUS

Requirements:
*Previous grounds experience (preferred)
*Commercial grounds experience- A plus
*Experience with a Zero-turn lawn mower (preferred)
*Valid driver's license with no restrictions (preferred)
****This job is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
