Core Continental Construction Core Continental is a general contracting and construction management company based in New York. Founded in 2003 by Mr. Joey Chiang and two business partners.

To this date, our company has completed 18+ residential building projects, nine hotel building projects and one commercial building project within the five boroughs. On-going projects include 13 residential building projects, four hotel building projects and five commercial building projects.

The walls are clad in natural oak paneling which possess enclosed shelving behind exquisite cabinets to maximize the use of space. The entire apartment is distinguished by a lighting system that can be controlled from strategic points, providing balance and warmth to the residence.

Two bedrooms flank a central living/dining area, that is enhanced with fabric wall coverings from Carezza. Full-height custom wood sliding doors to the bedrooms provide privacy when closed, yet spaciousness when open.

The kitchen boasts imported Italian Bianco Dolomti marble slabs and is adorned by Scavolini lacquered door cabinets.
