Welch became AML’s president and Robert E. Libs took on the position of Chairman of the Board. In 2006, Robert C. Libs was promoted to Chairman of the Board and Chrystina M. AML Construction CEO Bobby Libs traded the jobsite for the pitch at the Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center, which AML built, and let’s just say, he held his own.

As a proud partner of Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC , AML’s logo is already part of training days. This time, LouCity made it official by surprising Bobby with his own training jersey and shorts before turning him loose on the field, mic’d up alongside the players.

And yes, Bobby buried a few shots.

AML Construction was glad to be part of today’s volunteer effort at Shadow Lake Park, joining local businesses, organizations, and community partners to help the City of Charlestown and Charlestown Parks Department bring the park’s first phase closer to completion.

Thank you to Mayor Treva Hodges, the City of Charlestown, and the Parks Department for creating a space that will serve families and strengthen the community for years to come.

At AML, we believe building stronger communities means more than the work we do on job sites. It also means showing up, pitching in, and supporting the places we’re proud to call home.

AML Construction Senior Project Manager Eric Luckett attended today’s New Albany Floyd County Schools CTE Advisory Board Session alongside teachers, administrators, and fellow business partners.

The session focused on Indiana’s new diploma requirements, work-based learning opportunities for students, program updates from educators, and the workplace expectations and skills employers need in the field.

It ended the right way: with collaboration, conversation, and stronger connections between classrooms and careers.

AML is proud to support career and technical education and help students better understand the opportunities waiting for them in construction and beyond.

AML Construction was proud to support a record-breaking night for the Prosser Alumni Banquet.

With Senior Project Manager Eric Luckett serving as board president, AML was honored to be part of an evening that brought together 60 sponsors, sold 65 tables, welcomed 575 attendees, and raised $250,000.

That kind of support creates real opportunity. Because of it, more students will have the chance to pursue their career goals and build strong futures. Congratulations to everyone who helped make the 2026 Alumni Banquet, presented by Caesars Foundation of Floyd County, such a success.

AML Construction recently brought the team together for a Boots ’n’ BBQ Safety Meeting at the shop — a day focused on safety, teamwork, and making sure everyone has the equipment they need to do the job right.

Total Tool fired up the grill and kept everyone well fed while the crew gathered for the meeting and safety updates.

Airgas also joined the day, with a sales representative from Jeffersonville and a regional representative from Atlanta on-site to custom-fit AML and Summit Construction employees with new work boots, ensuring the team has the right gear for long days in the field. Sam Kelley with ENCON was also on hand, providing items for safety giveaways throughout the event.

Days like this are about more than a meeting. They’re about investing in the people who keep projects moving and making sure everyone heads home safely at the end of the day.

At AML Construction, we believe in putting in the work before the spotlight hits. Preparation. Discipline. Ex*****on. Same mindset on the jobsite as it is on the field. Let’s go to work.
