I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself and my company to all my friends and neighbors in Floyd County and the surrounding areas. I have been in the electrical industry for 25 years now and have held a Virginia Master's license for 12 years. Starting out I attended an electrical apprenticeship program through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union out of Local 80 in Norfo
lk Va and have been a proud Union Electrician ever since. I love doing electrical work and more importantly I love to do it safely. I hold an OSHA 30 hour certificate for Construction Safety and when I worked as a Field Superintendent and a General Foreman I held daily safety meetings on Industrial construction sites with crews up to 40 people for 6 years. I have spent 9 years running a Service van for residential and commercial work and the rest of the time working in heavy Industrial environments such as automotive plants, EV Battery manufacturing plants, Nuclear power plants, Coal Pier 6 for Norfolk Southern Railroad, Shaffers Crossing locomotive repair facility and Automated fulfillment centers. I currently hold an Unescorted Access for Nuclear power plants which require a background check back to my 18th birthday. Also I have gone through the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program or EVITP and hold a certificate of completion. You can see when you hire County Electric your getting an electrician with a whole lot of training and experience in the electrical world combined with extensive safety training. So give me a call or send a message and let County Electric know how we can serve your electrical needs.
