What does a fruit pizza have to do with building homes?
Friendship.
So many of our clients become personal friends.
Got a text yesterday from someone we built a home for a year or so ago. "Come by this afternoon for your fruit pizza. 😋".
I will not tell who made this, else they may get flooded with requests.
Thank you J&C!

This home is compact, yet it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open living area in the middle. We love the timber porch and large windows!

We were honored to build this beautiful home in Indian Valley. Today we handed it over to the owners. We will miss working with these people, it's been a great experience! Wishing them many happy years enjoying this special place.

Science Time. (Only for those who geek out about building science.)
Can a house be built too airtight?
No, as long as wall assemblies are built correctly for moisture management and air exchange is managed correctly.
Where did the air infiltration code requirements come from? Joe had something to do with it.
Enjoy...
