One of the easiest ways to make a room feel intentional? Give everything a place to go.

Built-ins can add storage, create a focal point and make use of wall space that wasn't doing much before.

We're especially into the dark cabinetry here against the lighter furniture.

Would you go dark with your built-ins or match them to the walls?

Your kitchen and bathroom aren't the only rooms allowed to have a glow-up. 👀

Living spaces are where a house really has to work for everyday life — layout, lighting, built-ins, flooring, fireplace details and how everything connects to the rooms around it.

If you could change ONE thing about your living room tomorrow, what would it be?

THIS is why full-service remodeling matters. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cindy's project wasn't one simple update. Her kitchen + bath remodel involved tile, flooring, cabinetry, backsplash, shelving and plenty of moving pieces along the way.

Her review mentions something we especially love: “There is nothing they can't do.”

Because when you're changing multiple parts of a home, having one team coordinating the work makes a difference.

And yes, she also called out communication, punctuality and getting through supply-chain issues with very little delay. 🤍

Would you put GREEN tile in your shower? 🌿

We're voting yes.

Color doesn't have to make a bathroom feel trendy or overwhelming. Pairing a rich tile with simple lines and contrasting fixtures can give the room personality while still feeling intentional.

So North DFW, are you doing it?
YES 🌿 or absolutely not 😂

Proof that a bathroom can be clean and timeless without being boring.

The dark vanity grounds the room while the marble, shiplap and black-framed mirrors keep everything bright and balanced.

Are you choosing a dark vanity or light vanity for your bathroom?

You walk in planning to choose one tile and suddenly you're emotionally attached to seven.

Color, texture, scale and pattern can completely change how a finished room feels, which is why selections shouldn't be made in isolation from the rest of the project.

North DFW homeowners: which one are you grabbing first? Blue, rust, cream or brown?👀

Save this one for remodel inspiration.

Warm wood is BACK, although we'd argue it never really left.

Natural wood cabinetry brings warmth into a bathroom without making the space feel dark, especially when it's balanced with lighter countertops, tile and walls like this.

Flower Mound homeowners: which direction are you taking your bathroom?

🤎 Warm + natural
🤍 Light + airy
🖤 Dark + dramatic

This review says a LOT about what happens behind the pretty after photos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jen's kitchen renovation came with plenty of decisions. She specifically mentioned the design guidance, staying within budget, the quality of the subcontractors, and even the crew that matched her existing hardwood floors to the new flooring.

Those little details are the project.

A remodel isn't just cabinets + countertops. It's hundreds of decisions and moving pieces that eventually have to become one finished home.

Question for our Flower Mound + North DFW homeowners:

What room in your house just doesn't work anymore?

Not necessarily ugly. Not falling apart.

It just doesn't fit the way you live now.

Maybe the kitchen feels closed off. There's nowhere to store anything. The primary bathroom worked fine in 2004. Or there's an entire room nobody uses.

Those are some of our favorite remodeling conversations because the answer isn't always “replace everything.” Sometimes it's about making smarter changes to the space you already have.

What's the room in YOUR house?

The kitchen is where a whole lot of life happens, so good design has to do more than photograph well.

This open kitchen was built around function, flow and everyday living, with warm finishes and plenty of room to actually gather.

Would you rather have more cabinet storage or a bigger island?
