Update accomplished! The old three handle shower valve was leaking and we removed it and replaced it with a new single handle valve. We also stripped, cleaned and replaced the caulk making it fresh and clean! :)

Last year we installed a toilet like this one at a customer's home. They were refurbishing an antique bathroom. Fixtures such as this can be quite pricey if they are truly antiques.
