Added a custom feature to this one!
TimberTech Impression Rail Express Privacy Screen.
While in the process of installation the idea 💡 started flashing, “Why not do something that hasn’t been done with this awesome product”. We installed a code compliant Modern Top mid rail, then added a deck board, and followed up with the remaining privacy screen. We’re going to call it the “Wine Ledge”

Some progress photos of this multi stage project we are working on!
TimberTech Dark Hickory wide boarder and English Walnut main color advanced pvc decking.
Impression Rail Express aluminum rail and privacy screen.
Owens Corning Lumber composite post will support stage 2 roof structure.
Stage 3 will consist of a lower pool deck.
Stage 1 should we complete this week, stay tuned for some surprise features that we are incorporating into this build.
