A complete exterior remodel. Make your older home look new. Concrete pad and sidewalks, Hardi lap siding, fascia boards,gutters,front door, paint, composite decking with aluminum railing. All of the new trim is Hardi trim and will not rot. Stainless steel nails and fasteners for all siding and trim.

We stripped off the old rotting 2x4 decking and replaced with new 2x6 cedar decking. All stainless steel screws.

The paint and siding was failing on the weathered side of this older home. We were able to replace the rotten wood and lap side these areas of the home and install hardi trim. New door and paint!

The tile on this mailbox was completely failing and falling off the backer board, do to the wrong materials being used. We were able to strip it down to the framing and install new treated sheathing, home wrap and hardi lap siding with mitered hardi trim corners.
