Tackett Deck Builders is looking to add a few experienced subcontractor crews as we continue to grow.

I'm not looking for the cheapest guy with a hammer. I'm looking for experienced builders who take pride in their work, show up when they say they will, communicate, and want consistent opportunities without having to chase leads and sell their own projects.

**What we're looking for:**

• Experienced deck builders/carpenters
• Strong framing skills
• Composite decking experience preferred
• Experience with stairs and railing systems
• Own transportation and tools
• Reliable crew capable of completing projects from start to finish
• Proper insurance and W-9
• Clean, professional work
• Willingness to follow our plans, specifications and building standards
• Good communication and dependable scheduling

Tackett Deck Builders handles the customer acquisition, estimating, contracts, design, permits/project coordination and material purchasing. You build.

Projects are priced individually with an agreed-upon **flat labor amount before the project begins**. No guessing what you're getting paid when the job is finished.

Most importantly, I'm looking for people interested in building a long-term relationship. If you're good at what you do, I'd rather keep feeding you work than constantly search for new crews.
