Some things you should leave to the professionals. 😉🔨

And after all the extreme weather we’ve been having lately, we’ve been BUSY! We’ve been on a lot of roofs—and we’re not slowing down anytime soon. In fact, we recently expanded our team and fleet to keep up with the demand.

With my birthday this weekend, it feels like a fitting time to look around and appreciate just how much we’ve grown. Being on a roof is still one of my favorite places to be. It’s quiet. Peaceful. No emails, no distractions—just me, my team, the sky and a job well done. After years of playing sports and being competitive, I’ve learned that winning in adulthood isn’t about beating other people. It’s about waking up every day and delivering your absolute best.

Do I want to be 1% better than most? Yep.

Do I want to build a brand and reputation that precede me? Absolutely.

Do I want to provide a level of service that feels unlike anything else? Without question.

My goal is to create raving fans—not simply so I can say I did something well, but for the people sleeping peacefully beneath the roofs we worked on, knowing they were genuinely cared for by someone who deeply loves serving her community.

That is what winning looks like to me. (And the fact that I wrote this without AI🤣). Every now and again my ghrammer IS corect.
