We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.
No two days are the same. If you enjoy staying busy, learning new skills, and working outdoors, this could be a fantastic fit.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with loading and unloading construction materials.
* Pick up and deliver materials from local suppliers.
* Organize and maintain inventory in the construction yard.
* Assist with moving portable buildings.
* Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed).
* Perform groundskeeping and general property maintenance.
* Help maintain tools, trailers, and equipment.
* Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
* Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license
* Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
* Comfortable using hand and power tools.
* Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Forklift or equipment experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Construction or landscaping experience is helpful but not required.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn. The right candidate doesn't need experience in every aspect of the job—they just need a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the willingness to jump in wherever needed.
